What will the classes be like?
For each class we begin together in our comfy couch area where we take time to get to know each other a little more each week. Then Shannon will introduce a new technique, demonstrate it for everyone and answer questions. After that, students begin their own practice assignment using the technique and Shannon is available for 1 on 1 questions and help. The student art-making time tends to be about 2 hours per class.

Are all materials included in the price?
Yes, the fee you've paid covers ALL materials for each assignment. We also offer complimentary snacks and tea to make your time with us more enjoyable. If you ever want to buy an additional canvas or watercolor paper, those are available as well.

What if I'm going to miss a class?
Totally normal, everyone misses class from time to time. We make it super easy! Each class subscription includes FREE access to all our Open Studio times (2-3/week) so you can catch up in the studio with a step by step handout of the lesson. AND we post videos of all our lessons in the online community so you can literally watch the class you missed!

Who will be in my class?
Your class will be adults who are looking to relax, be creative and express themselves. On special occasions, we let mature teens into our classes as well. There will be no more than 15 students total and everyone is nice and supportive.
